I Am A: Neutral Good Elf Bard Mage
Alignment:
Neutral Good characters believe in the power of good above all else. They will work to make the world a better place, and will do whatever is necessary to bring that about, whether it goes for or against whatever is considered 'normal'.
Race:
Elves are the eldest of all races, although they are generally a bit smaller than humans. They are generally well-cultured, artistic, easy-going, and because of their long lives, unconcerned with day-to-day activities that other races frequently concern themselves with. Elves are, effectively, immortal, although they can be killed. After a thousand years or so, they simply pass on to the next plane of existance.
Primary Class:
Bards are the entertainers. They sing, dance, and play instruments to make other people happy, and, frequently, make money. They also tend to dabble in magic a bit.
Secondary Class:
Mages harness the magical energies for their own use. Spells, spell books, and long hours in the library are their loves. While often not physically strong, their mental talents can make up for this.
Deity:
Oghma is the Neutral Good god of knowledge and invention. He is also known as the Binder of What is Known, and is the Patron of Bards. His followers believe that knowledge reigns supreme, and is the basis for everything else that is done. They wear white shirts and pants, with a black and gold braided vest, and a small, box-like hat. All priests of Oghma are known as Loremasters. Oghma's symbol is a scroll.

All this manga has been coming in lately for me at work. Mars started getting released once a month (!!!) so I got on order volumes 4 and 5!! OMG It's like heaven! I'm also really getting into Peach Girl and Paradise Kiss and I just got my second volume of Kodoma no Omacha but I haven't gotten a chance to read it yet (Really! I am having more books come in then I can read!)
I'm so confused lately. I have to face up to some things, and really work on being more accepting on my feelings and less suspicious of others. It's been...so long since I could feel like I trusted anyone.
And just as I was going to get angry with a friend because she's been busy with her group, and about to make a horrible mistake, I just am not angry anymore. It's not my business what she does. I'm not her mom. And I *know* she isn't trying to ignore me, she is just happy to have a group who accepts her. That's cool. I'm not a group/clique type person.
Mmmmmm. I feel pleasant. Not quite content.....just letting myself feel a little more freely. I feel like a rosebud...who has just noticed the sunlight and wants to bloom. I want to open my petals and take in what life has to give me. Isn't that a good feeling? I might feel down sometimes, but most of the time lately, if I feel depressed my mind is like WTF? and I snap out of it. Or I go to sleep on it, sleep in and wake up feeling better.
What a glorious feeling to be an artist, to be me.
If others can love me...if other people find me beautiful and alluring, then I must be, right? I am witty and funny and wierd and somehow I'll never fit into this world. But if someone loved me enough...couldn't I learn to love myself?
That makes it sound like I base my self love on the fact others love me...but to be honest I have so little self love...that it's OK for me to take this as a small step. The more confident I become, the more lovable I'll be ;-)
Gods, I love being in love. Life fucking rules sometimes.
